Keith Dobbins is an international worship leader and psalmist. Keith has been the Worship Pastor for an array of ministries around the country including World Changers Church with Dr. Creflo Dollar, World Harvest Church with Pastor Rod Parsley and at Without Walls Church with Pastors Randy and Paula White.

Keith’ recordings have spanned the globe with major artists and choirs. Featured on the movie soundtrack “Left Behind II”, his artistry has been heard by millions. The Grammy Nominated recording “That Name” with Gospel Icon Edwin Hawkins features a duet with LaShun Pace of the legendary Pace Sisters.

One of his latest ventures is the “Sounds of Sunday Talk” Radio Show with Keith Dobbins – now on the radio each first Sunday from 3 – 5 pm and 8 – 10 pm on Ruff Ryders Radio Gospel Ryde. This fun and informative show features a range of music styles, insightful interviews, powerful social commentary, and lots of fun. International recording artist, Keith Dobbins has created a high-energy experience for listeners that should not be missed.

Keith’s journey embraces Gospel, Christian, Contemporary, R&B, and Traditional genres of music. This myriad of blended sounds creates an expression of worship undeniable to all.

REGINALD McDANIEL

Reginald D. McDaniel is a licensed attorney, mediator and arbitrator who started his law practice in 2002. Prior to entering private legal practice, Mr. McDaniel worked in the federal government, television, print media, public relations, and sports information. With over 20 years of management, administrative and executive level experience combined with almost 19 years of legal experience, Mr. McDaniel brings a unique perspective to solving complex legal issues and handling client needs in private and business litigation. Named to Birmingham's Top Lawyers in 2014 and to National Top Black Lawyers Association in 2015, Mr. McDaniel, continues to grow The Law Office of Reginald D. McDaniel by focusing in legal areas such as Civil Rights and Discrimination Law; Sports & Entertainment Law; Serious Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury and Contract Law. McDaniel continues his practice skills in the areas of complex civil litigation by representing individual plaintiffs and businesses in cases throughout the nation, involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and entertainment law. McDaniel graduated, Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian at Miles College and graduated from Miles Law School in 1993. He is the CEO of Soul 1st Records and former ABA Pro Basketball Franchise owner of the Birmingham Magicians and founder of the former Sam Cooke International Fan Tribute. Mr. McDaniel, an Alabama native, is married to Janet and has four daughters and three grandchildren. RICK ROJAS

Executive Producer

Rick Rojas started his first production company “NorthStar Entertainment” at the age of 19 with his business partners Brad Cornell and Hakeem Olajuwon (NBA Hall of Fame Member, Houston Rockets player, and member of the Dream Team for the Olympics). Northstar Entertainment developed new unscripted and scripted show concepts as well as high-end commercials and music videos in both English and Spanish.

Rick has been an Emmy award-winning camera operator, cinematographer, director of photography, director and now executive producer. He has worked on many programs such as Super Nanny, X-Factor, Amazing Race, 100 Latinos, Inside Edition, PGA Tour Sunday, Golf Channel’s “The Turn”, PGA Tour Live Cover, Univision “Primer Impacto”, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Family Karma, Real World, Dancing with the Stars, and many other studio or docu-reality television shows.

Rick has also served as the Production Executive Director for several mega-ministries to help not only produce large touring conferences, but also to develop television programming for networks like TBN, The WORD Network, CBN, GOD TV, JCTV and many more.

STEPHANIE REED

Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie Reed is an accomplished event coordinator and community organizer. She has championed national campaigns with AARP, National Congressional Black Caucus, and the National Peace of Heart Campaign in partnership with President Barack Obama. The Entertainment Industry has been impacted by Stephanie’s exceptional leadership in Artist Management and Development. As an Executive Team member for Ruff Ryders Radio, Stephanie leads “The Gospel Ryde”, the inspirational outreach programming for Ruff Ryders Radio. Stephanie leads The Prophetic Sound Conference as Chief Operations Officer which always experiences profound fiscal success.

Future endeavors for Stephanie include movie and film production as well as casting and talent producing. Stephanie has garnered acclaim as a segment producer for “Ruff Ryders Chronicles Past, Present, and Future” airing on The BET network and “Preachers of Atlanta” on The Oxygen Television Network. Stephanie brings a tumultuous amount of experience to KD Entertainment as Talent Coordinator and Operations Director.

DR. JOEL CASORIA

Chief Marketing Officer

Dr. Joel A. Casoria is a Senior Pastor, Ordained Bishop, Humanitarian, Television, Producer/Director/Host, Marketing Executive, Motivational Speaker and International Entrepreneur. The driving force behind Dr. Casoria’s fulfilled life is his desire to make a difference in someone’s life one person at a time.

Dr. Casoria was the founding President of Multi-Media, Inc. a direct media/marketing consulting company. Multi-Media was one of the successful marketing companies which was selected in consulting and working with Icon Pictures founder Mel Gibson in the marketing of the hit movie “The Passion of the Christ”. Dr. Casoria has over 26 years of experience in the field of television production producing and directing. He sits on the Board of Directors of In-Service America, Incorporated, a national award-winning direct mail and marketing company located in Forest, Virginia.

DR. HOPE EADY

Chief Administrative Officer

Dr. Hope Eady has over 20 years of experience in creating strategic solutions for corporate, governmental, non-profit, and academic environments as well as providing expert talent management and organizational development consulting. Skilled in the successful development and deployment of projects for both Global and Americas–based organizations, Dr. Eady has extensive project management experience and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

She is accomplished in coaching leaders and has designed curricula covering numerous soft skill development topics including communication skills, leadership skills, change leadership, and career management as well as Salesforce, and computer software applications. She has trained corporate professionals including executive leaders, partners, non-profit volunteers, and professional peers, to name a few. She is also a gifted writer and has published Revelations of the Father, an insightful guide for confronting issues of identity and self-image. Dr. Eady has earned a doctorate degree in Theology and has two (2) Master’s Degrees -- one in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and one in Biblical Studies from Truth Bible College. Her undergraduate degree is in English from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. She is currently pursuing a second doctoral degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC).
